Gordon Daniel, 17, a pupil at Eton College, Berkshire, who died when he plunged 40ft in a parascending accident last November, may have gripped on to his unfastened parachute for two minutes before letting go when he thought he was close enough to the ground to be safe, an inquest was told. A verdict of misadventure was recorded.
