Spencer Trethewy, 24, of Weybridge, Surrey, who failed in a bungled attempt to rescue Aldershot Football Club from bankruptcy, was remanded for sentence after being convicted of obtaining services and property by deception and obtaining credit while bankrupt. Knightsbridge Crown Court was told that he lived a life of deception, squatting in a pounds 4m mansion and running up thousands of pounds in unpaid bills.
