A diver died in an underwater accident at Stoney Cove Diving Centre, Leicestershire. Two divers who died off the Dorset coast on Saturday were named as Ivan Woolf, 51, of Ilford, east London, and Elizabeth Green, 23, of Newmarket in Suffolk.
