'WHISPERING' Bob Harris, the veteran DJ, said last night that he had settled a financial dispute with fellow DJ Bruno Brookes which threatened the loss of his massive record collection. Brookes had been awarded the library in settlement of a pounds 130,000 debt from the sale of his London flat to Harris.
