Dog breeder 'cruel'

Annette Lawlor, 35, a top dog breeder, of Low Hill, Wolverhampton, who 'lived in squalor in a bedroom with 37 dogs', admitted 37 charges of unnecessary cruelty. Wolverhampton magistrates were told 'conditions were about as bad as they could have been'. Sentence was delayed.
