Five men are to appear today before magistrates in Grays, Essex, charged with conspiracy to contravene the Misuse of Drugs Act after drugs worth more than pounds 5m were seized in raids by armed police officers on a builders' yard at Chadwell St Mary in Essex. Police seized 1,300kg of cannabis and 21,000 ecstasy tablets, along with a Sten gun and four pistols.
