Drug-yacht charges

Two men will appear before magistrates in Plymouth today on drug charges in connection with the yacht Carla II found abandoned off the Devon coast last week carrying a tonne of cannabis. John Baker, 47, of Malaga, Spain, and Shane Reilly, 39, of Islington, north London, were arrested on Saturday aboard a passenger ferry five miles from Harwich, Essex.
