Pairic MacFhloinn, 39, from the Irish Republic, Denis Kinsella, 26, and John Kinsella, 48, both from Nottingham, were remanded in custody at Arbour Square magistrates' court, east London, in connection with the IRA bombing of a gasworks at Warrington, Cheshire, and the shooting of a policeman.
