Sally Croft, 43, and Susan Hagan, 47, former members of the Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh cult community in Oregon, US, began an action in the High Court seeking a judicial review of a decison made by the former Home Secretary, Kenneth Clarke, who ordered their extradition to face murder conspiracy charges.
