Russell Warren, 33, from Bournemouth, Dorset, who was left pinned under a crashed car when the driver ran away, was rescued after his dog, Missie, ran more than a mile to raise the alarm. Mr Warren suffered a shattered leg and broken ribs and was 'stable' in hospital.
