A family with an interest in aviation has fought off competition to keep the world's last flying Vulcan bomber in the UK. The Walton family, which runs the British Aviation Heritage Collection at Bruntingthorpe aerodrome, Lutterworth, Leicestershire, has taken possession of the RAF's Vulcan XH558 bomber. The aircraft will make its last flight on Tuesday, from RAF Waddington in Lincolnshire, to the air museum.
