A MAN lost his wife and two young children when a Range Rover driven by his wife veered out of control on the A303 near Andover, Hampshire, and was hit by a lorry travelling in the opposite direction.
Ian Wace, 31, a director of the City banking firm Warburg Securities, was travelling ahead in his Mercedes and saw the crash in his rear-view mirror. His wife, Joanna, 34, four-year-old son, Guy, and 11-month-old daughter, Alicia, died. The family was travelling home to Putney, south-west London, after spending the weekend in Devon.
