The Brady Bunch Movie Sweet-natured fish-out-of-water comedy which revisits the archetypal wholesome American family of the 1970s sitcom, and deposits them in the middle of a 1990s urban nightmare. And they don't even notice.
Exotica Hypnotic portrait of modern-day emotional angst, or just a pretty piece of pretentious tat? My money's on the former: this is cult director Atom Egoyan's most moving and accessible work yet, though your friends may disagree violently.
Rob Roy There's a lot that this grimy adventure lacks - a bit of old- fashioned excitement for a start - but the script fizzes and crackles, and in John Hurt, Tim Roth (right) and especially Jessica Lange it has performances sent from heaven.
