A BOY of 14 was remanded into the county council's care when he appeared before a special youth court at Chesterfield, Derbyshire, charged with unlawfully killing John Turner, 80, and his wife, Marjorie, 74, on 7 May. The pensioners died in a department store fire at Chesterfield.
