A firefighter died in a blaze deliberately started at a laundry in an pounds 800,000 insurance fraud, an Old Bailey jury was told. Michael Hill, 32, died when a roof collapsed at the Access Laundry in Willesden, north-west London, last May. The company's three directors deny manslaughter, arson and conspiracy to defraud. The trial continues.
