Yona Betitou, 39, a professional gambler who lost pounds 350,000 belonging to his American lover in London casinos was found not guilty at Southwark Crown Court of theft and obtaining property by deception. Mr Betitou said Nicole Dubois, 37, a management consultant, gave him money to bet as part of a tax avoidance scheme.
