Roderick Newall, 27, the former army officer suspected of murdering his parents at their home in Jersey five years ago, is expected to seek bail when he appears in court in Gibraltar today. He has been in custody since being arrested when his yacht was intercepted last Wednesday. Police in Jersey intend to seek his extradition.
