THE PARENTS of Patricia Cahill, 20, sentenced to 20 years for heroin smuggling dismissed an allegation by a lawyer that their daughter had been framed by Thai authorities. Patrick and Frances Cahill said in a letter to the Bangkok Post that they did not support the allegations made by Stephen Jakobi, who represents Karyn Smith, 21, jailed with their daughter.
