A WOMAN pilot, aged 50, died after her glider crashed at an airfield at Sandhills Flying School, Shrivenham, Oxon. The aircraft burst into flames on impact and fire and ambulance teams were called to the scene. The Civil Aviation Authority and police have launched an investigation into the accident.
