An industrial tribunal found that Hugh Llewellyn Hughes, 55, a former Welsh Guardsman, of Barking, east London, was racially abused when colleagues bleated and called him a 'sheep shagger', but ruled his case could not proceed as he applied four months after the last incident instead of within three.
