Hit and run death

Two men were being questioned by police investigating the death of Ian Langley, 21, in a hit and run crash near his home at Shepherdswell, Kent. Mr Langley was leaving a wedding reception when he was struck by two cars which were believed to have been racing. In Sutton, south London, a motorcyclist died after a colliding with a black cab which failed to stop.
