The son of al-Qa'ida terrorist Osama bin Laden has failed in his bid to come to Britain to get married, it was revealed today.
Omar bin Laden, 28, appealed against the decision to refuse him entry to be with his 54-year-old English "wife" Jane Felix-Browne.
His application was refused last year because the marriage is not recognised as valid and bin Laden's presence in the UK is "undesirable".
Mark Ockelton, deputy president of the Asylum and Immigration Tribunal, rejected the appeal, saying he was "concerned" that bin Laden said he did not think his father was a terrorist.
He said bin Laden still had a relationship with his first wife and questioned whether he genuinely wanted to marry again.
