A grandfather today takes part in the Great North Run, his 30th consecutive half-marathon with a 40kg fridge on to his back.

Tony 'The Fridge' Phoenix- Morrison, 48, has run the Newcastle-to-South Shields course daily since 21 August, in aid of the Sir Bobby Robson Foundation's cancer research fund.
