SIR EDWARD Heath will today warn that Tory Euro enthusiasts may be prepared to vote against the Government if it further appeases the Eurosceptics. On BBC 2's Around Westminster, he says: 'We kept quiet during Maastricht. People said 'You should have fought all the way'. Well, we are going to fight now.'
