Honoured PC guilty of harassment

A POLICEMAN who won a Home Office award for curbing sexism has been found guilty of sexually harassing a female colleague by an internal disciplinary hearing. PC Phil Headley helped draw up a code of conduct for the Avon and Somerset police force.
