Jargon annoys office workers
Management-speak and all-staff emails have become some of the biggest office bugbears, a survey has found.
Phrases such as "thinking outside the box" and "going forward" were found to be among the most overused jargon.
Many people took issue with colleagues sending an email to them despite sitting opposite, a survey of more than 2,000 managers by the Institute of Leadership and Management found, while one in four bosses never make tea for their team.
