A Nepalese choir due to perform in Cornwall has disappeared after landing at Heathrow.

Organisers of the Cornwall International Male Voice Choral Festival said the 10 singers were missing when they went to pick them up.

Immigration officials are investigating whether they have absconded or simply decided to skip the festival.
