PM's father laid to rest
She was the granddaughter he never met but her parents made sure she was there to say goodbye.
David Cameron's father, Ian, died on holiday in France last week at the age of 77. The Prime Minister's wife, Samantha, had given birth to baby Florence a few days earlier and he never got to see his fourth grandchild.
Yesterday Florence was carried by Mr Cameron, accompanied by his wife, to the funeral at St Barnabas Church in Peasemore, Berkshire. A limited number of photographs of the private ceremony were released with Downing Street's permission.
