TALKS aimed at ending the rail strikes will continue today after a fourth day of negotiations was adjourned last night.

Officials from the RMT union and Railtrack have spent 33 hours at the London headquarters of the conciliation service Acas in the search for a breakthrough in the four-month-old pay dispute. The next signal stoppage is planned for Thursday and Friday.
