The worst place to live in England has been revealed.
The research carried out by B.heard, a values-comparison platform, judged England’s counties, judged England's counties on “essential services” including the quality of schools, crime data and number of people in poverty.
The counties were then scored, before the best and worst were announced.
Dorset was rated the best county, scoring highly across all sections, with the fourth highest number of schools receiving an “outstanding” rating from Ofsted.
Humberside, however, was rated the worst place to live, ranking second worst for education.
This comes after Hull, one of Humberside’s largest cities, was awarded UK City of Culture 2017.
