The London Mayor Boris Johnson was grilled today by members of the London Assembly over cycling safety. Mayor Johnson told the London Assembly that cycling in the capital is "getting safer" despite the recent spate of deaths, saying he is "not adverse" to the idea of banning lorries during rush hour.
