A homoeopathic doctor accused of issuing a booklet which purported to claim that a substance called CH6 could cure cancer was yesterday committed for trial for an alleged offence under the Medicines Act. Elizabeth Marsh, 49, of Northolt, West London, who appeared at Acton magistrates' court, was granted bail. The trial date has yet to be fixed.
