Amia Ismail, a former catering manager at the private Cromwell Hospital in west London, who was sacked after he claimed wealthy Arab patients were overcharged by up to pounds 25,000, has won a pounds 15,000 settlement in an out-of- court settlement. A hospital spokesman said that the overcharging claims had been disproved at an earlier hearing.
