A man is due to appear before magistrates in Oxford today charged with murdering a voluntary worker at a hostel for the homeless.
John Paul Rous, 47, is accused of stabbing to death Jonathan Newby, 22, of Devizes, Wiltshire, at the Cyrenians hostel in Rectory Road, Oxford.
