Declan Casey, 38, from Strabane, Co Tyrone, a former IRA quartermaster and informer for the RUC Special Branch, appeared before Belfast magistrates charged with possessing two rifles and withholding information on the murder of a former UDR soldier. He was remanded until 9 July.
