The IRA claimed responsibility yesterday for the bomb attacks on Wednesday and Thursday at Woodside Park undergound station and Wood Green Shopping City, both in north London. The IRA statement was issued in Dublin and signed: 'P O'Neill, Irish Republican Publicity Bureau.'
