Jan Taylor and Patrick Hayes, jointly accused of the bombing at Harrods in January, were remanded in custody for a week by magistrates at Arbour Square, Stepney, east London. They are also accused of conspiring to cause another explosion and possessing Semtex explosives in Stoke Newington, north London. Taylor is also charged with the attempted murder of a policeman.
