A CHANNEL island priced at pounds 1m two years ago was put back on the market for pounds 500,000. Lihou, a mile off the Guernsey coast, is the smallest inhabited Channel island. It extends to about 40 acres and contains the ruins of a 12th century Benedictine priory.
