Adrian Rogers, 21, of High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, was remanded in custody charged in connection with a joyriding incident in which a number of police officers were injured and police vehicles damaged. Martin Stockbridge, 18, who is charged with aggravated theft of a motor vehicle, was allowed bail.
