A judge jailed three teenagers in what is believed to be the first prosecution for 'aggravated vehicle taking'. The three, Jasminder Rai, 16, John Paul Noel, 18, and Darren Ford, 16, led police on an hour-long chase in west London on 14 April. Rai was sent to a young offenders' institution for 12 months, Noel was jailed for 18 months, and Ford was jailed for nine months.
