A man who kicked and punched his father to death after years of bullying was freed at the Old Bailey. Malcolm McGregor, 36, turned on his father, Malcolm 'Jock' McGregor, 66, who was attacking his mother at their home in Woking, Surrey, in March 1993. He claimed self- defence and was cleared of murder and manslaughter.
