THE MOTHER of a 14-year-old boy from Mildenhall, Suffolk, who was cleared of rape but found guilty of indecent assault, has criticised serious cases being heard by magistrates. Justices adjourned the case until next month amid a legal challenge by defence lawyers over the indecent assault conviction.
