Lee McSwan, 23, of Amesbury, Wiltshire, was jailed for eight years for the manslaughter of his five-month-old son. Winchester Crown Court was told that McSwan - said by the judge to be 'entirely unrepentant' - smashed the baby's head against his mother's shoulder, fracturing his skull and causing brain damage.
