King Fahd of Saudi Arabia has given the family of Stuart Masters, three, of Shoeburyness in Essex, a cheque for pounds 75,000 to enable him to undergo a life-saving liver and bowel transplant in the United States in the spring. The cheque took the family's appeal over their pounds 400,000 target.
