A store manager was unfairly dismissed after a meeting when her bosses spoke in French, an industrial tribunal ruled. Anita Quick, 32, was 25 per cent to blame for her sacking from Kingdom of Leather, Edmonton, north London, after pounds 8,000 went missing. Compensation has yet to be set.
