COMMERCIAL law firms and barristers' chambers are setting up a fund-raising group to give London's citizens advice bureaux more legal resources. Cablinx hopes to raise pounds 185,000 to fund three posts - two officers to recruit advice workers and a legal services co-ordinator. The initiative is backed by the Appeal Court judge Sir Leonard
