Clifford Chance this week opened an office in Budapest jointly with the Hungarian firm Koves & Partners. The Clifford Chance team comprises corporate lawyer Richard Lock, who has been based in Budapest for the past year, and later in the month, Caroline O'Hare, a banking lawyer.
