THE eight-partner firm Steggles Palmer, based in Holborn, London, has won 'substantial damages' and costs from Legalease, the publishers of the magazine Legal Business, over an article that appeared in the issue of September 1991. John Pritchard, the magazine's editor-in-chief, apologised in court for 'any damage and embarrassment'.
