A PARTNER at Clyde & Co, the City and international firm, is leaving to take up practice at the commercial bar. Graham Charkham, who has been involved in High Court litigation and arbitrations in cases ranging from marine insurance to professional negligence, will join chambers at 3 Essex Court this month. He will complete a six-month pupillage to qualify him for practice at the bar.
