The Public Law Project has appointed its first solicitor, Stephen Cragg. The project, a registered charity, was formed three years ago to improve the quality of public decision-making and improving access to public law for disadvantaged groups. Mr Cragg has worked at Hackney Law Centre, in private practice and for a local authority. He is the vice chairman of the Law Centres' Federation.
